Billing Coordinator

Our Telecommunications Company is a full-service communications general contractor with a steadfast commitment to doing what's right for the project and our customers.
We are currently looking to add to our team and are searching for a qualified Billing Coordinator to work in our new Shakopee, MN location.
Billing Coordinators are responsible for providing customer service to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
o Setup and maintain customer files o Respond to customer inquiries o Communicate with sub crews and provide information and updates o Create pricing information sheet o Receive and process billing and invoicing from sub-contractors o Maintain production tracking, reporting to appropriate contact o Prepare monthly invoices o Create reports as requested o All other duties as assignedThis is a full-time position with a benefit package that includes:
