Scheduler/Planner/Production I


  1. Complete open bin counts weekly.
  2. Reconcile inbound shipments as required by the Supervisor.
  3. Perform bin transfer locations for inbound rolls.
  4. Purchase office supplies including drinks for the main conference room (and re-stock fridge).
  5. P-Card purchases as requested.
  6. Complete requisitions:
    sheeter orders, Letterhead, Schmid, packsize, pallets, Patriot, Anchot, etc.
  7. Assist with GR's, including copying, scanning paperwork to the G drive.
  8. Vendor communication including tracking and tracing shipments.
  9. Order cutting die supplies.
  10. Inventory and order coating supplies for printing (in conjunction with Supervisors).
  11. Inventory and order miscellaneous printing room supplies.
  12. Inventory and order adhesives for the finishing department (in conjunction with Supervisors).
  13. Inventory and order miscellaneous finishing department supplies.
  14. Follow up with Printing Manger on Flexo needs.
  15. Follow up with Controller on additional needs.
  16. Maintain good relationships with co-workers, department Managers, vendors, corporate liaisons.
  17. Responsible for compliance with all food safety, food defense and quality policies.
  18. Must be supportive of GPI's mission, vision and core values (integrity, respect, accountability, relationships and team work.
  19. Will be involved in GPI efforts for Lean, 5S, Six Sigma and other continuous improvement programs and processes.
  20. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Associates degree or higher, 5 years of manufacturing experience.

SAP experience / knowledge a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
